Salsa Egg & Grits-Version 2.0

Last time I uploaded my photos, I discovered this little picture in there. I thought I had perhaps lost my mind because I didn't remember taking this, but then realized that it's Will's computer in the background! I asked him about it and he confessed to thinking this breakfast looked blog-worthy, so we decided to include it. Short, sweet, and self-explanatory: the way all recipes should be!

Salsa Egg and Grits
Use leftover grits from Lobster & Grits
Spoon full of salsa
1 egg
Fry egg in skillet. Warm grits. Serve grits with salsa spooned over top and egg. Ready to go in 5 minutes!
